Return & Warranty Policy

We understand that sometimes, you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, along with an extra 60-day warranty for all quality issues. Warranty and return will begin from the date of purchasing.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return or refund, please note the following requirements:

- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of order placement.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Our customer service team must pre-authorize returns and refunds.
- If you placed the wrong order or changed your mind and wanted to return the product, you may bear the shipping cost. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. And if the return is requested more than 15 days after delivery, an extra 18% restocking fee will be charged, too. 

Please note that products received by SLOOSH in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and will be rejected:

- Any product not purchased from SLOOSH.
- Any return package that is paid on delivery.
- Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.
- Any product that is not authorized by customer service team before returning.
- Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.

As soon as we have received and processed your return we will initiate a refund within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. 

Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Warranty

Our company is committed to providing customers with reliable products, and we stand firmly behind the quality of what we sell. This warranty policy applies to all products purchased from SLOOSH or SLOOSH authorized seller. The warranty period starts from the order placement date. When making a warranty claim, customers must present valid proof of purchase, such as an order number.

For each product, the specific warranty period is detailed in the following table:

Under normal circumstances, if a product has a quality - related issue during the warranty period, we will provide warranty services. However, please note that the warranty does not cover the following situations:

Abuse: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, which includes but is not limited to using the product in a way that is not in line with the user manual, such as using a household appliance for industrial purposes.
Misuse: Any improper use of the product, like using a device with an incorrect power source or connecting incompatible accessories, will void the warranty.
Accidental or Intentional Damage: Damage resulting from accidents (e.g., dropping the product), negligence, or intentional actions by the user is not covered under this warranty.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: If the product has been repaired, modified, or disassembled by unauthorized personnel, the warranty will be invalidated.

2. Warranty Service

During the Warranty Period: If a product is found to have a quality problem within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

Return and Replacement Process: Customers should contact our customer service department first and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. After our assessment, if the issue is covered by the warranty, we will work with the customer to determine the most appropriate solution, which may include guiding them through the return and replacement process, providing replacement parts, or issuing partial refunds.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Changes to the Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website, and the new policy will apply to all products sold after the effective date of the change.

FAQ

I got a defective or damaged product, what should I do?

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please text us at (800) 781-3067 or email us at support@sloosh.com with your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can send you a brand new replacement or refund you depending on your preference.

How do I find a replacement part?

We wish we could replace all missing pieces for your product but unfortunately for most of the products, we do not have stock on all parts and pieces. If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at support@sloosh.com with your Order Number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to help! Please make sure to keep the product with you so that we could provide you all the options we have.

When will I receive a refund?

As soon as possible! Once you get a refund notification, you should be receiving your refund back to your initial payment method within 5-10 business days. If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to see if it’s still processing. If not, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate the case for you!
