How do I properly inflate and deflate my inflatable products?
Use the included dual-action pump. iSUPs should be inflated to 12-15 PSI. Tanning pools should be firm yet slightly bouncy. To deflate, ensure the valve pin is pressed and locked open.
Can I fix a minor air leak in my pool or paddle board myself?
Yes. A repair kit is included. Use the "soapy water test" to find the leak, clean/dry the area, apply adhesive and the patch, then allow 24 hours to cure before use.
Is a hissing valve on my SUP broken? How do I fix it?
Usually, it's just a loose valve. Use the plastic wrench from your repair kit to tighten the valve clockwise while deflated. This re-seats the seal and stops the leak.
How much water temperature can tanning pools withstand? Can they be used as ice baths?
Our heavy-duty PVC tanning pools handle ambient and warm water well. They are also popular as ice baths or ball pits for kids due to their versatile design.
How do I maintain my tanning pool to extend its lifespan?
Rinse with fresh water after each use, especially in chlorine or salt water. Ensure it is completely dry before folding to prevent mildew. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What are the age recommendations? Do I need a life jacket?
Tanning pools are recommended for ages 3+. For deep-water products like SUPs, we recommend wearing a life jacket (PFD) for all ages. Adult supervision is required at all times.
How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

You should check the shipping carrier mentioned in the email and search the tracking number on the carrier's official website for real-time updates.
